Poor effort, Hydro One!

Dont tell me to download your app and then make it user-unfriendly. One big storm (Ottawa Valley, 19 July 2013) and I cant even post our outage, and your phone system crashes as well!!! What IS the point of a non-interactive app? This is 2013, the age of the app, so no excuses.
